These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and sz555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at sz555.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the sz555 website, mobile experience, account services, gaming products and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing or creating an account on sz555.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on sz555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under applicable local, national or provincial law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which sz555 has determined that the provision of Services is restricted, suspended or prohibited.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, corporation or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from an account on sz555 or any associated platform operated under the same licence.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to: a valid email address, date of birth, country of residence and a unique username and password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — including accounts held under different email addresses, identities or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sz555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and forfeit all balances in such circumstances.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sz555 is required under the terms of its operating licence to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport issued by the government of Pakistan or another recognised national authority.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the preceding 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah).

Submission of false, forged or misleading documents in connection with the KYC process constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the sz555 platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis. You agree to use the Services solely for their intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or other non-human access methods to interact with the sz555 platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of the platform.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing or advantage play that manipulates game outcomes in a manner not intended by the design of the game.

• Share, sell or transfer your Account credentials to any third party.
• Exploit any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your sz555 Account must be made using payment methods available at the time of deposit as listed in your account dashboard. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the platform. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the current terms of the payment provider and is not guaranteed. sz555 does not warrant that any specific payment provider endorses, facilitates or supports gambling transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument that is lawfully owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of sz555's compliance team. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed. sz555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested is materially larger than the User's historical average.

Any bonus funds outstanding at the time of a withdrawal request will be assessed against the applicable wagering requirements before a net withdrawal amount is calculated.

6.3 Currency

Amounts displayed on the sz555 platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are provided for the convenience of Pakistani users. The applicable exchange rate, where relevant, will be confirmed at the time of the transaction. sz555 accepts no liability for any exchange rate fluctuation.

Bonuses & Promotions

sz555 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each offer is presented. These Terms contain the general framework governing all promotions; specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets and expiry dates are set out in individual promotional terms.

sz555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The use of any promotional offer in a manner that sz555 reasonably believes constitutes abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk combinatory wagers to fulfil requirements with minimal risk exposure, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the sz555 sportsbook, live casino or any other gaming product are subject to the specific game or event rules published on the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that event or game type.

• Wagers are binding once confirmed. Errors or misclicks on the part of the User do not entitle the User to void a confirmed wager.

• For live/in-play sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — odds are updated in real time. sz555 accepts no liability for any delay between real-world events and in-play odds updates.
• Maximum win limits apply per event, per day and per market. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook or casino lobby and may be updated from time to time.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or declared void, wagers will be settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for that specific market.

Responsible Gambling

sz555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core principle of platform operation, not merely a regulatory requirement. The following tools are available to all registered Users at no charge, accessible directly through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with automated reminder notifications.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing total time spent and net balance movement during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false identity, age or payment method information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the account of another User without authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any collusion with other participants to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Operating or facilitating any commercial gambling operation through your sz555 account.
• Registering or using the platform if you are under the minimum age requirement or are subject to a self-exclusion agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sz555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of sz555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written consent of sz555.

The sz555 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to sz555. Nothing in these Terms or on the platform grants you any licence to use any sz555 intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sz555 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and the Services. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

sz555 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside sz555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from any decision made based on information published on the sz555 platform, including but not limited to odds information, game statistics or editorial content.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sz555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

sz555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements mandating the closure of accounts in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing times. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz555 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For Users accessing the platform from Pakistan, please note that this governing law clause does not override mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under Pakistani law. Additionally, Pakistani users should be aware that any dispute resolution process may be subject to the jurisdictional limitations of Pakistani courts where local law mandates it. Amendments to These Terms

sz555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sz555 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the sz555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
